WEDDING CUPCAKES:
At Enlightened Patisserie, we work with you to create a display of cupcakes that are as beautiful as they are delectable.  Our delicious cupcakes made with real butter cream and handmade sugar paste flowers, are sure to have you and yours smiling when your big day rolls around!!!

***Cupcakes start at $2.75 and are adorned with handmade sugar paste flowers or sugar paste hearts.
**Special monograms or any other decorations are extra cost.

Chocolate Decadence, Vanilla Bean, Marble, Red Velvet, Carrot, Apple Spice, Pineapple,  Moist Almond*

Raspberry Jam, Strawberry Jam, Vanilla Butter Cream and Chocolate Butter Cream.

Deluxe Fillings:***
Chocolate Ganache, Bavarian, Lemon Curd, Passion Fruit Curd, Lavender Cream, Hazelnut Chocolate Cream,  Whipped Cream, Espresso Ganache, Creme Brulee, Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries, Mango, Raspberries.

Finishes:
Vanilla Bean Butter Cream, 
Chocolate Goddess, Brown Sugar Buttercream, Coconut Butter Cream,              * White Chocolate Cream Cheese,                 * Pistachio Butter Cream

Hang Ten: Rum Soaked Pineapple Cake w/ Coconut Butter Cream and Toasted Coconut.

Yoga Bunny: Moist Spice Carrot Cake w/ Coconut and Pecans w/ White chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

BERRY GREEN: Pistachio Cake with Rose Valley Honey Soaked Oregon Berries w/ White Chocolate Cream Cheese filling and frosted with White Chocolate Butter Cream

CITRUS STONE: Moist Apricot Almond Cake with Orange Curd and Fresh Peach White Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting

ESPRESSO YOUR LOVE:  Back Porch Espresso soaked Devils Food cake with Mocha Ganache and Espresso Brown Sugar Butter Cream

SWEET INCA:  Toasted Almond Cake with Peruvian Caramel and Cinnamon Butter Cream.

CHOCOLATE CLOUD: Marble Cake with Ginger Chantilly Cream and Valhrona Ganache Cream Frosting.

MARION BERRY ME:  Marionberry Cake w/ Almond Chantilly Cream finished with Salted Caramel Butter Cream.

ZEST OF CITRUS:  Orange Zest Cake with Grand Marnier Ganache Finished with White Chocolate Butter Cream.

All of our cakes are made by pastry chef Nickol Hayden-Cady.  


Our delectable cakes are made from scratch, 
using 
the finest ingredients. 

My Philosophy is that cakes should taste like an  exquisite dessert!


Consultations are free of charge.
  We do book up fast  and to give your cake the attention it deserves please allow no later than 3 months to book your cake.

Wedding cakes start at
 $4.00 per slice for Butter Cream cakes
$5.00 per slice for Fondant cakes

Cake tasting $15 due at the time of the tasting for 3-4 mini cakes of your choosing, which if you decide to go with Enlightened Patisserie will be applied.  

$100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least two weeks prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and $100 non-refundable deposit.
