Nickol Hayden-Cady 

    Nickol Hayden-Cady lives and works in BEND Oregon.  She has worked in the culinary industry for eleven years and has earned her Associates Pastry degree from the Culinary Institute of America, NY.  She has traveled and worked under top certified Chefs and Pastry chefs in the world.  She has worked everything from catering and bakeries to high-end restaurants in California, Seattle,            New York, London England , Switzerland, France and Oregon. 
She has won many cake competition's and was the winner for
" BEST ON TOUR"
at the 2009 Tour Du Chocolat!

She was the former Head Pastry Chef at Volo and Cross Water in Bend OR and Sunriver, OR. 

Nickol's desserts have been showcased in the Gusto  2010 winter issue and Bend Living and Where to Eat Magazines.
